Steakhouse in Nai Yang Beach
Rivet & Rebar at The Slate Phuket is a restaurant I’ve returned to a couple of times, and it’s always a solid choice when staying near Nai Yang Beach. The setting is dark and moody, with heavy wood, leather seating, and a design that leans into that industrial-chic style The Slate is known for. It feels a bit like stepping into another world — stylish but not overly fancy.
The focus here is on grilled meats and smoked dishes, and you can really taste the open-fire element in what they serve. I’ve had steaks here that were perfectly cooked and full of flavour, with just the right amount of char. The sides are simple but well done.
After dinner, I would like to head to the Rebar lounge area, right next to the main restaurant. It’s quieter, with a good cocktail list and a comfortable space to wind down the evening. It’s a spot that gets the mood just right.
