Rawai Beach Video
This video of Rawai Beach takes you to one of Phuket’s most local and authentic coastal areas. Located on the island’s southern tip, Rawai Beach isn’t a typical swimming beach, but it’s a great place to enjoy fresh seafood, explore nearby islands, and experience local fishing life.
The beach is lined with seafood restaurants where you can choose fresh fish, crabs, and prawns cooked to order. Longtail boats are available for hire, making Rawai a popular starting point for island-hopping trips to Coral Island, Koh Bon, and Racha Islands.
At the eastern end, the Sea Gypsy Village has small seafood markets where local fishermen sell their daily catch. Rawai also has a relaxed atmosphere, with cafés and bars offering sea views. Watch the video to see why Rawai Beach is a great place to experience Phuket’s coastal life beyond the tourist crowds.
