Located along the beach road of Patong Beach, Courtyard Phuket, Patong Beach Resort is a popular hotel with an excellent location with the beach just across the street. The vibrant nightlife of Bangla Road is just a short tuk-tuk ride away. You can even walk there if you don’t mind a casual walk as there are many restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy on the way. The hotel is big but spacious, with large rooms and vast swimming pools in large central areas, so it is not crowded.
While the front of the hotel is just across the street from the beach, the back is very near the popular OTOP Night Market, where guests can enjoy fun shopping and cheap but good local food.

The Beach
The beach is just across the street from the hotel and offers plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, drinks, and snacks, as well as a beach massage. During the high season, the beach can be quite busy.
The Rooms
The hotel has been renovated and is well-designed. The rooms are large enough and well-designed. We stayed in a pool access room, which was an excellent choice. It was 38 sqm and had a nice pool in the back, with large wooden decks and more privacy than the other immense central pools.
The two main positive points of pool access rooms are that, contrary to many hotels in Patong, 1) the rooms feature a small but comfortable terrace and 2) the sliding window does not face a busy walkway and, therefore, offers more privacy. Access to the water is easy and always warm, making it a perfect place to enjoy after the beach or even on an occasional rainy day.
The rooms and bathroom are well equipped with all the basic facilities you can expect to find in a 4-star hotel, including a large and very comfortable bathtub in some rooms.
Remember that the mini-bar is empty, which is now standard in 4-star hotels. Luckily, several convenience stores are nearby, so don’t forget to buy the drinks you wish to enjoy by the pool.
